I saw this via [livejournal.com profile] metaquotes  and, in case some of you don't watch that community, I decided that I had to inflict share this post of you.  It is a scan of a few pages of a book in which the author has written some er, ineresting prose.  The post contains such gems as "Her feet were springs, marmosets, or locusts; her toes were snails, they were snails with shells of tears."

This author's writing is like one of those fatal wrecks you drive by and can't look away from.

I should also mention that this link probably isn't safe for work.

On my way home from work today, a hearse passed me by. Either Santa is dead or Buzzy is back in town. The hearse was festively decked out with bright strands of tinsel blowing in the breeze, sparkly garlands and bright fluffy bows. The back windows were frosted over with the words "Santa's Sled" written on them.

Now I know that you are not ever supposed to laugh when a hearse drives by but I think they are really cheating.

I've more that I want to write but I've been house cleaning ever since I got home and we still have to steam clean the carpets.
