Who can I blame for this dream?
Sep. 23rd, 2008 09:46 pmI had the wierdest dream that I can remember having in a long time.
I dreamt that it was my 70th birthday party and all my friends came to celebrate with me. My grandmother was there and she was really old. I was 70 so you can imagine just how old she was. It wasn't the nice grandmother that came to my party, it was the evil one whom I no longer talk to. She had gained back all the weight that she had lost when she decided that it would be fun to pretend that she was an invalid who could only life on tea and toast. She looked like a really fat mummy. Every one who saw her asked her what the hell was she still doing alive.
In my dream, my friends gifted me with bottles of wine and shredded carrots that had been soaked in peyote.* We spent the evening drinking wine, eating the peyote carrots and ignoring my grandmother who whined and tried to get attention.
*Can you soak shredded carrots in peyote? I have no idea if this is even possible.
