Oh well, at least I don't have to work this weekend like I had to the last one. Getting a check with overtime on it is awsome but earning the overtime sucks. My work had it's annual store iventory a couple of days ago. I've been through several inventory hells but this was my first time as a manager. Overall, the store had a marked improvement from last year's inventory. My deparptment had a total dollar shrink of about $49,000 vs last's years dollar shrink of $69,000. You would not believe how much make up and wrinkle cream gets stollen from my area.
Now that the fuss and excitement at work is over, I should have a calm week or two until we start pimping Christmas. What fun.
